A Sad and Sweet Day

 This was the first day of an emotional weekend. 

 We had the closing ceremony of the Fundación José Ortega y Gasset - Gregorio Marañón program on Friday. We received our certificates and had a nice dinner of delicious tapas. 





 This is my literature professor, Nacho! He was so kind to us and passionate about literature. I really enjoyed his classes. 





 This is my study abroad director, Jaume! I really enjoyed spending time with his throughout the semester! He was so helpful and fun to talk to! 


 This is my awesome friend, Ninoshka! 



 After my friends and I all cried together, we decided to go on the last walk together. Inés and I lost everyone else, but that's okay because we had good conversations and took good pictures. 


 Today was really sad, but so sweet too. I got to see my director, Jaume. I had to say goodbye to him, but also so thank you for everything. He really was an awesome director throughout the semester. He was so helpful and kind. The walk with Inés was special. It just so sweet to talk with her about our experience in Spain and our feelings about going home. I'm so thankful for her.
